VAIL120DB-10X5Double-Sided Non-Backlit (Graphic Package)

Vail-120DB 10' x 5' Double-Sided Graphic Package. The VAIL-120DB is a double-sided extrusion with a profile width of 120mm. This extrusion has a solid outside finish and is just as thick as the VAIL-120D. This display is easy to mount on the wall because it is lightweight, but can also hang overhead or stand independently. VAIL-120DB is especially good for edge-lights since its spine is shorter, holding the lights very close to the graphic's edges. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit slightly more than 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. This extrusion is compatible with edge-lights or ladder lights (can be backlit).

Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation

Hardware Setup: : To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-120DB extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 10' edge and one 5' edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Vertically insert ends of VAIL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten.

Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and Split Connectors

Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame's recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
